"Almost bought it, but then..."
I was all set to purchase, but then I noticed they tack on TAX for delivery, which jacks up the total cost. VAT ought to be applied just to the item, not the shipping.
By the way, I’ve never seen anyone adjust the VAT for delivery charges. I do a lot of online shopping, and some companies really take advantage of folks.

Residing in a remote area of Wales, I was uncertain about where to source my needed 7 Tonne of aggregate. A local farmer suggested BMN, a company I hadn’t tried before, but now I’m a satisfied new customer.
These folks were awesome; I placed my order over the phone and gave specific instructions about my availability at the property.
The delivery was right on the mark, and nothing was too much trouble for the driver.

"Look for alternatives"
I haven't gotten my item at all. There's no date for delivery in sight. They even asked me for a picture of my driver's license, which is just ridiculous. They keep saying they'll call, but I never hear from them. It seems like I'll need to get my money back through my credit card provider. I wouldn't think about placing another order with them.
